Refund policy

Sales and Return Policy

We hope that you will love our products! However, if there is an issue, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us so that we can work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Online Images

Due to the handmade nature of our items, each item may look slightly different than depicted. 

Colours may appear different in person due to different monitor settings.

Returns 

Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a return. 

All items that are on sale or purchased using a discount code are final sale, meaning that they cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Due to the personal nature of custom orders, they are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Due to the digital nature of downloadable PDF patterns, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

For all other regular priced items, they are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase or, if ordered online, 14 days of receiving it.

Should you wish to return your item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. You should consider using a tracked shipping service to return your item as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Returned items will be refunded in full, once received, minus the original shipping charges.

Please note that the above policy also applies to purchases made for a holiday gift. There is no separate return policy for items purchased as gifts. 

If you would like to return your item, please contact info@auroraholly.ca and a return shipping address will be provided. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item via the method payment that was made once it has been determined that the item is in its original, unused condition. Please note that it may take 5-10 days for the refund to be processed by the payment issuer.

Exchanges 

We do not exchange items, you may purchase a new item after a refund if you wish.

Custom Orders

Is there an item out of stock that you dearly love? Do you like some elements of one item and details from another? We would be happy to collaborate with you to make the perfect hair piece or blanket. Just send us an email at info@auroraholly.ca. All custom orders must be paid in full before work begins. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, they cannot be exchanged, returned for a refund or for store credit.
