Shipping policy

How much does shipping cost within Canada?

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Otherwise, the size and weight of your order will control what shipping options you see at checkout. We offer lettermail, parcel service, pickup or delivery. 

Lettermail provides the best savings that are passed on to you, the customer! Lettermail will typically arrive within 1 week to anywhere in Canada from time of shipping. However, items are shipped without tracking; therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times and can not provide you with an update on your order. If you wish your items to be tracked, select a parcel service option with the shipping speed you would like at checkout. 

Parcel service prices are calculated at checkout for delivery via Canada Post. They vary depending on your location and the speed of service selected. You will be provided a tracking code. 

When will my order ship?

All orders will be shipped within three weeks. Orders with items ready made will ship more quickly.  Orders are not shipped on weekends.  If you need your order shipped faster, please send me an e-mail to discuss options.

Who do you ship with?

I use Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, Stallion Express, and ChitChats to ship the packages. It all depends which will provide the best price for you! 

I live in the Ottawa area, do I have to pay for shipping?

You’re more than welcome to pick up your order at my home near Barrhaven or at the Mini Branch (5 Hawthorne Ave). Alternatively you can also select delivery, which ranges between $5-15 depending on your location.

I live outside Canada, what about me?

Select items ship outside Canada, such as stickers and printed quilt patterns.
