Try out this experiment with your kids: mix up a potion, play a scientist, or enhance sensory bin play. Comes with a learning card and a colouring sheet download. Optionally add on a beaker or pipette.
**Intended for children ages 3+ under the supervision of an adult. Do not ingest and avoid contact with eyes.**
Directions
The amount of water and powder is completely up to you, so have fun experimenting! If you would like a starting point, try 2 tsp of Fairy Potion and approximately 1 tbsp of water. Each bag contains enough for 9 reactions when using the recommend amount. Give the mixture a stir or a shake to make sure all the powder is used up.
To renew the bubbling of any Fairy Potion, add vinegar, lemon or lime juice. For the teal and purple Fairy Potion's, this will also create a colour change.
Why does it say washes out of clothes?
When rinsed immediately or laundered within a day, the colouring has been shown to come out of clothes without the need for stain remover.⁺
⁺ The exception to this is the purple. Which should either be rinsed immediately, or treated with stain remover.
Why this product over a competitor?
I don’t use citric acid, which as a powder can irritate skin and airways.
Our product is environmentally friendly. Other competitors use biodegradable glitter, which sounds appealing at first glance but will only degrade properly in the correct microorganism/composting environment. It is not meant to go down the drain into our water systems.

Red: Sodium bicarbonate, Potassium ditartrate, beet root powder
Purple: Sodium bicarbonate, Potassium ditartrate, black goji powder
